Registration & Pricing 

REGISTER HERE. Online Registration opens May 1st. You may also register by visiting Physical Education 336, Dodge Fitness Center, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. 

Summer 2017 Group Fitness Class Pass: $100 unlimited classes. Register by May 31st for only $85.
  • Pass holders have access to all classes on the schedule and may attend as many as they'd like. However, please note that classes are first come/first served, and pass holders may be turned away if the room is at capacity.
  • If you register online, you must stop by the PHED office to pick up your Group Fitness Pass sticker prior to attendance. You must present this sticker at each class to be admitted.

Program Policies
Registration:
  • Dodge Fitness Center membership is required for all course registration.  To confirm your membership status, please contact the Membership Office 212-854-2546.
  • Payment must be provided at the time of registration.
  • Classes/Passes are NOT PRO-RATED or sold individually, unless otherwise noted. We do not allow make-ups for missed classes.
  • Registration will continue throughout the semester, space permitting.
  • Payment is by credit card, exact cash or check payable to Columbia University. 
  • DFC members may register another DFC member for courses by presenting the other member's valid membership I.D.
Attendance:
  • Free Trial (Fall & Spring terms only):  All adult DFC members may attend the free trial. Registered participants must arrive at the start time of the class to receive priority entrance. All individuals must be registered by the posted deadline to continue after the free trial.
  • Members may only attend a class or pass if they have officially registered and paid for the entire session, with the exception of during free trial periods. Attendance may be taken at the start of each class.
  • Participants must present their Group Fitness Pass Sticker on their CU or DFC photo ID card in order to gain entrance to classes. All Pass purchasers will be issued a Group Fitness Pass sticker upon registration. If you registered online,  YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR STICKER IN THE PHED OFFICE PRIOR TO ATTENDANCE.
  • "Trying" a class for free after the free trial period or watching a class from inside the room is not permitted. If you'd like to try a class, you must first purchase the class, unless otherwise noted.   
  • You may not be admitted if the room has already reached capacity
Late Policy:
  • All classes have a 10 minute late policy.
Refund/Transfer Policy: 
  • Refund deadline is Monday, June 12th. Refunds will NOT be issued after the original refund deadline. No refunds on Half Price initiatives. 
  • You may not receive a group fitness refund due to cancellation of gym membership or graduation if the refund deadline has passed. 
  • There is a $10 fee for all refunds and drops.
Class Requirements:
  • Please come dressed appropriately. All classes require athletic shoes with the exception of Yoga, Pilates, Ballet and Aquatics. 
  • The instructor reserves the right to turn you away from class if you are not properly dressed to participate.
  • If you have questions about the proper attire, please contact the PHED office.
