Anti-Gravity Yoga Starts Tonight!

A 45-min yoga based workout using silk hammocks to progress, modify, enhance, and break down yoga poses and flows. This class focuses on using the functional equipment to improve flexibility, strength, and overall practice of yoga. This class is open to any fitness level.

Self-Defense for Women

Learn to use leverage, technique, and timing to DEFEND yourself. Learn to identify situations involving both strangers and acquaintances. Increase awareness for safety and Self Defense. The Women's course is geared specifically towards women, but is open to all.
