The Physical Education and Recreation program, in partnership with Barnard Physical Education, recognizes the demands and stresses of academic life on a student's well-being. Our mission is to support students' well-being through movement, mindfulness, and healthy fuel. We aim to increase accessibility to fitness and wellness opportunities in the Dodge Fitness Center and around campus. PEREC Student Wellness initiatives are open to all Columbia students and are always free.

During these remote times, we encourage you to engage with us on Instagram (@columbiaperec) for tips and tricks on staying well while at home! Please stay tuned for more information regarding virtual summer wellness programming.
