* Please note that Virtual Fitness and Free Well-being are separate programs 
with separate passwords and require separate registration.

All classes are drop-in only. To attend a class you will need to enter the program password. To receive the password, first Register Online. The password is located on your registration confirmation. 

Classes will be locked after 5 minutes. Please be prompt.

No classes during University Holidays.

Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt   Non-cardio workout to strengthen and firm the whole body using weights, dynabands and body bars.

Cardio Kickbox   A fast-paced, choreographed, non-contact kickboxing class that tones the whole body and provides a fun cardio workout.

HIIT    High intensity interval training workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and periods of less-intense activity or rest. 

Zumba   A dance fitness class set to latin and international music.

Vinyasa Yoga   Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous style based on a series of poses performed in rapid flow connecting movement and breath.  Yoga experience is expected.  Intermediate level requires an established yoga practice.

The Physical Education and Recreation program, in partnership with Barnard Physical Education, recognizes the demands and stresses of academic life on a student's well-being. Our mission is to support students' well-being through movement, mindfulness, and healthy fuel. We aim to increase accessibility to fitness and wellness opportunities in the Dodge Fitness Center and around campus. PEREC Student Wellness initiatives are open to all Columbia students and are always free.
