Class Offerings

Anti-Gravity Yoga is a yoga-based practice performed in a special silk hammock. Our classic Anti-Gravity Yoga Classes are designed to help improve self awareness, decompress the spine, increase strength and flexibility.

Our stretch class emphasizes zero-compression inversions, more time devoted deepening into stretches, opening up space in the body, some flowing yoga sequences, and focuses on relaxation/breathing.

Our strengthening class involves more active zero-compression inversions, strengthening sequences (think planks, squats, pull ups) utilizing the hammock, more "tricks" on the hammock. This class may feel more challenging than our stretch class, but still open to all levels.

Lap Swim: Swim for fitness. Grouped in lanes based on swimming technique. Must be able to swim several laps continuously. An aquatics staff member will be available for training techniques or stroke analysis upon request. Lap swim classes will accommodate up to 3 people per lane.

Tuesday, September 5th - Friday, December 15th, 2023 (No classes: November 4th-7th and 22nd-26th).

Adult Learn to Swim: Five week course to learn the basics for aquatic safety and fun. Perfect for any adult with no swimming experience.  An introduction to proper breathing and swimming techniques, floating and life safety skills.  Bathing suit and towel are required.

T/R 11-11:55AM.  No classes November 4th-7th and 22nd-26th.
