Class Offerings

Anti-Gravity is a yoga-based practice performed in a special silk hammock. Our classic Anti-Gravity classes are designed to help improve self awareness, decompress the spine, increase strength and flexibility.

Our Anti-Gravity Aerial Yoga format emphasizes zero-compression inversions, more time devoted deepening into stretches, opening up space in the body, some flowing yoga sequences, and focuses on relaxation/breathing.

Our Anti-Gravity Suspension Fitness format involves more active zero-compression inversions, strengthening sequences (think planks, squats, pull ups) utilizing the hammock, more "tricks" on the hammock. This class may feel more challenging but still suitable for all levels.

 

Wednesdays 7:15-8PM

Lap Swim: Avoid the crowds during dedicated lap swim sections outside of regular Open Rec. Must be able to swim several laps continuously. When available, an aquatics staff member will offer workouts, training techniques or stroke analysis upon request. Lap swim limits up to 3 people per lane.

Tuesday, Jan 21st - Friday, May 9th, 2025 (No classes: Mar 15th-23rd)

Adult Learn to Swim: Five week course to learn the basics for aquatic safety and fun. Perfect for any adult with no swimming experience.  An introduction to proper breathing and swimming techniques, floating and life safety skills.  Bathing suit and towel are required.
