Youth Swim Lessons

Swim Lessons are only available to those with campus access under the current restrictions.

The Youth Swim Lessons (YSL) program is an arm of the DFC's Personal Training Program, which is separate from Little Lions Camp swim opportunities. If your child is enrolled in Little Lions Camp, we recommend exploring swim opportunities through the camp first. The YSL program will try to accommodate overflow as much as possible.

Eligibility

Individual and partner swim lessons are offered for Columbia affiliated children between the ages of 6-17 years old. Affiliation is defined as meeting one of the following criteria:

  • Child is a current DFC member (on a family membership).
  • Child recently participated in one of the following:
    • Little Lions Camp
    • Columbia Sports Camps
  • Child is referred through one of the following programs for the purpose of preparing for that program.
    • Lion Swim Camp
    • Diving Camp

Lessons may be conducted during the following recreational swim times (space is limited).
