Our Indoor Cycling Studio is outfitted with state-of-the-art Schwinn Z-bikes with the Zone console. Join our 45 minute rides lead by our fantastic team of cycling instructors, designed to challenge and build your power, strength and endurance.

Class Descriptions

A comprehensive ride combining climbs, intervals, and other techniques. Ideal class for the beginner to advanced beginner participant. 

Conquer new heights in this hills-based class focused on increasing resistance, endurance and output. 

A dynamic HIIT-style ride featuring time, tempo, and tension intervals!

Day Pass

Registration and Participation

Fall 2024 registration opens September 3rd. To purchase a pass, login through our Member Portal, click on "Buy Membership & Fitness Passes", and select the Indoor Cycling pass of your choice. 

A DFC membership or student access to the DFC is required before purchasing this pass. 

Unlimited Pass holders may reserve a spot up to 24 hours in advance or simply drop-in.

Day Pass holders may reserve on the day their pass becomes valid.
 

All classes are in-person only. 

Refund Deadline: September 23rd. No refunds after this date on Semester Passes. Day Passes are not refundable, extendable or transferable.

No refunds on half price initiatives.

Unlimited Semester Pass and Day Pass holders may drop-in, space permitting. Space is not guaranteed. Day Passes are NOT refunded, extended, or transferred.  

Reservations can be made online through our Member Portal.

Please Arrive ON TIME! Any open seats will be release to drop-ins at the start of class.

How to Reserve a Spot

For Unlimited Semester Passes: reservations open up 24 hours in advance. 

For for Day Passes: reservations open up on the day the pass becomes valid.

  • Login to the Member Portal
  • Click on "Reserve a Spot in Fitness Classes"
  • Select the type of class you would like to attend
  • Click "Register" on each date and time you would like to attend  
  • Proceed to checkout.

 

How to Cancel a Reservation

  • Login to Member Portal
  • Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner
  • Select Profile
  • Select Programs > Registrations
  • Click the three dots to the right of the class you want to cancel
  • Select Cancel Registration

All Classes are In-Person

  • All participants must swipe into the DFC using their CUID or DFC ID. No ID, no entry.
  • Check-in with the instructor at the Indoor Cycling Studio (formerly Squash Court 5).
  • Please bring a water bottle and towel. Only refill stations are available in the gym. There are no water fountains.
  • Wear exercise attire, including closed-toe athletic shoes or SPD-clip cycling shoes. Delta clips are NOT compatible.

Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Drop-in participants will be admitted at the start of class, space permitting. No-Shows forfeit their spot to drop-ins at the start of class. No one is admitted once the class has started.

Bags, purses, backpacks, food (unless medically necessary), and other personal items are NOT allowed on or near the bikes. Water/sports drink and a towel are allowed. 

Please respect the class atmosphere: silence and stow-away phones. Calls may not be taken in the studio. 

All attendees must comply with University protocols, DFC policies, studio rules, and instructions from the instructor or staff when participating. Failure to do will may result in lost access.
