The Physical Education and Recreation program recognizes the demands and stresses of academic life on a student's well-being. Our mission is to support students' well-being through movement, mindfulness, and healthy fuel. We aim to increase accessibility to fitness and wellness opportunities in the Dodge Fitness Center and around campus. PEREC Student Wellness initiatives are open to all Columbia students and are always free.
