Columbia Welcome

HIIT & Hatha: Join PEREC and the Office of University Life for free virtual high intensity interval training and Hatha yoga. Classes are open to all students. No equipment (and very little space) required for these body weight training formats. Please RSVP and complete waiver in order to receive the password.

Columbia 101

Join PEREC and the Office of Residential Life for a virtual high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. You can complete the HIIT workout efficiently in the space of your room. RSVP and waiver required to receive password.

Class Descriptions

High intensity interval training workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and periods of less-intense activity or rest. 

Yoga fundamentals taught at a slower pace focusing on increasing flexibility through postures, breathing and relaxation/ meditation techniques.  A good introduction or reinforcement of yoga practice.
