Participation
How to attend in-person classes
- All participants must swipe into the DFC using their CUID or DFC ID. No ID, no entry.
- All attendees must comply with University protocols for accessing the campus facilities.
- Check-in with the attendant at the class location.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel.
- Wear exercise attire, including closed-toe athletic shoes when appropriate.
- No cellphone usage in class.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the start of class. Open spots are given to drop-ins at the start of the class. No one is admitted late. We kindly request that if you missed the late period, please do not knock on the door as this disrupts the class.
How to attend a virtual offering
- Login to Member Portal
- Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Profile
- Select Programs > Registrations
- Click the camera icon associated with the virtual class you are registered for
- Check-in opens 15 minutes prior to class. If you don't see the camera icon, logout and log back in closer to the start time.
How to Cancel a Reservation
- Login to Member Portal
- Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Profile
- Select Programs > Registrations
- Click the three dots to the right of the class you want to cancel
- Select Cancel Registration
