Class Descriptions

High intensity interval training workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and periods of less-intense activity or rest. 

This yoga class focuses on increasing flexibility through postures, breathing and relaxation/ meditation techniques. Appropriate for all levels.

A dance fitness class set to latin and international music.
